The SILTIG 415 model is designed to weld with rutile, basic and TIG coated electrodes with LIFT ignition on various metals: steel, stainless steel, cast iron, etc.
To obtain optimal performance in all welding conditions, the sophisticated control panel incorporates: a display, the adjustment of the welding current and the Hot start and Arc force values.
Equipment: torch TIG 110A 3m (electrode Ø 1,6 mm Fe), cable with ground clamp and carry case.
The SIL line welding power sources are compact and easy to handle, ideal for small maintenance jobs. A reliable and durable product, designed and manufactured with care at San Marino factories.
The SILTIG 415 is easy to use thanks to the welding aid systems:
- TIG LIFT: the arc is struck by touching the piece with the electrode and slowly lifting it. The risk of contaminating the workpiece with the tungsten electrode is small.
- Adjustable Hot Start: to obtain an optimal arc ignition with each electrode it is possible to adjust the increase of the initial current.
- Adjustable Arc Force: to obtain an optimal welding with each electrode it is possible to adjust the temporary increase of the current when the electric arc becomes short.
- Anti-sticking: allows you to easily detach the electrode if it remains glued to the piece.
